“Poet’s Work” —Lorine Niedecker

#infiniteanthology day1

Because the SHARX just aren’t bringing you enough infinite lists, we are proud to present the first installment of our new daily poem initiative — infinite anthology. Starting now and advancing at least several thousand years into the future assuming these scientists finish their longevity research already, we will be serving one poem along with your daily dose of music.  If you enjoy what you read, we really appreciate likes, follows, reblogs, and sharing with your friends.  It gives us a sense of purpose and a reason to continue.  Without further ado, we’ll begin with one of my absolute favorite poems from a fantastic lady I really admire. It’s titled Poet’s Work, and it pretty much saved my life. Or ruined it. It’s really still up in the air.
