Dysco is a 3D experimental short by Simon Russell about synesthetic drones, neon dubstep and the surveillance state.
This week on Thursday Matinee we’re featuring the Simon Russell animated short Dysco. The film depicts the sort of dystopic future made famous by 1984 with its big-brother like drone populated skyline. Dysco features a terrific soundtrack with beat-synchronized imagery that most recalls a game of Geometry Wars played in a crowded club while on acid.
Take a three minute lunch break and make today a Thursday Matinee.
